Booking Rooms and Facilities
Claverham can be booked for retreats, holidays, day workshops, seminars or residential courses. Please have a read of our rates below, and if you are interested in booking our facilities, email or phone Tom Leimdorfer (Clerk of Management Committee) .

As a result of rising energy and maintenance costs, we are having to increase our charges from 1st April 2023:
New charges for residential accommodation:
- From £20 per person per night for one or two adults to £25 per person for adults
- £70 per night for the whole cottage for larger groups
- Children and adults on benefit from £12.50 (under 5s free)
- Single person occupation is £25 per person per night, except by special dispensation for a maximum of one week per year
- Meeting room (residents’ use) £25 per day; Barn (residents' use) £20 per day
- Meeting room (non-residential) £60 whole day, £30 half day
- Barn (non-residential, but with ue of facilities) £40 whole day, £20 half day
- Extra charges for camping in the grounds on application.
- A deposit of £25 is required with booking.
- All cheques to be made out to Claverham Meeting House Trust
Please note that we have no credit card facilities and therefore payment must be made by cash, cheque or preferably by BACS transfer. Please do not send cash through the post!
